Delete your Toka account

You can delete your account yourself at any time:

In the app

Open Toka and go to your profile.
Open Settings, then Security.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

Without opening the app

From the phone number or email on the account, write to projectsathr@gmail.com with the subject "Toka account deletion" and include the registered phone number or email. We will act on the request after verifying that you own the account.

What is deleted

Immediately: your account disappears from the app, what identifies you is removed, all your sessions end, and your phone number or email can be used to sign up again.
After 30 days: your media and content are permanently purged.
Within a further 14 days: backups that may contain them are overwritten.

What we keep

Purchase records the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.

Before you delete

You lose your coins and any other balances, and they cannot be restored.
Deleting does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel those with the store.
