Toka Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and ATHR ("we", "us") covering your use of the Toka app. By creating an account or using Toka, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity on your account, and for keeping your password private. Give accurate information, and hold only one account unless we allow otherwise.

2. Your content

You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display it, only as needed to run and promote the service, until it is deleted from the service. You confirm you have the rights to whatever you post.

3. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

You must not post, send or say anything that:

sexualises or endangers minors, or involves anyone under 18 in any way;
is pornographic or sexually explicit;
harasses, threatens, bullies or incites hatred or violence against anyone;
promotes terrorism, self-harm or illegal activity;
impersonates another person, spreads spam or scams, or deceives others;
infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy.

You must also not attempt to cheat in games, exploit bugs, use bots, scrape data, interfere with the service or resell accounts, coins or items.

4. Reporting and blocking

You can report any user or content and block any user from within the app. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours, by removing it and suspending or banning the responsible account where appropriate.

5. Coins, gifts and virtual items

Coins, gifts, levels and other virtual items are a limited, non-transferable licence to use features in the app. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money except where the app explicitly offers it, and may be changed as the service develops. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms, including their refund policies. Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases are final, and balances are forfeited when an account is deleted or banned for breaking these Terms.

6. Games

Games in Toka are for entertainment and do not involve gambling for real money. We may void results affected by cheating or technical faults.

7. Moderation and termination

We may remove content, or limit, suspend or end an account that breaks these Terms or the law, or that puts others at risk. You can stop using Toka and delete your account at any time from Settings.

8. The service

We provide Toka "as is" and may change, suspend or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We are not responsible for what other users say or post.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or virtual items. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

10. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app, its content, its maintenance or support, or for claims relating to it, and has no warranty obligation beyond any that applicable law requires. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post changes here and update the date above, and if a change is significant we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Toka after that means you accept the change.
